[irp]Ombudsman sendiri menyatakan persoalan sudah selesai dan meminta Pemprov kembali memberikan izin melakukan pertambangan, yang sebelumnya di hentikan oleh Pemprov sesuai prosedur yang berlaku. Namun setelah berjalan kurang lebih 3 Bulan pihak Nurul Awaliyah kembali mempersoalkan kepemikan PT. BMQ. Hasil rapat sendiri memutuskan akan dilakukan kajian mendalam bersama Ombudsman.
[irp]“Dari rapat ini kita memutuskan akan meminta kepada pihak Ombudsman, untuk mengkaji ulang mendalami secara komprehensif terkait dengan surat keputusan pembatalan itu, sehingga nanti didapatkan betul – betul informasi dengan jelas apa persoalan sesungguhnya dan kita mendapatkan jawaban yang lebih permanen,” jelas Gubernur
Dari kedua pihak tambahnya, telah ada perjanjian antara kedua pihak yang berseteru yakni Nurul Awaliyah dan Dinmar Najamudin di Mahkamah Agung, jika dipatuhi maka tidak akan ada permasalahan.
“Kalau perjanjian perdamaian ini di patuhi oleh kedua belah pihak, sebenarnya persoalan ini juga sudah selesai, saya kira 2 hal ini yang menjadi prinsip,” tambah Gubernur.
Mengantisipasi hal – hal yang tidak diinginkan Gubernur Rohidin meminta kedua pihak menahan diri dan tidak melakukan tindakan – tindakan anarkis yang nantinya akan berdampak kepada masyarakat.
“Dari semua pihak kami minta menahan diri terhadap hal – hal yang bersifat anarkis di lapangan kita tetap harus mengedepankan penyelesaian – penyelesaian yang bersifat koordinatif, rapat, upaya – upaya hukum formal, artinya melalui aparat penegak hukum itu yang lebih bijaksana,” minta Gubernur Rohidin.
