RDNews.id – Penjabat (Pj) Sekda Provinsi Bengkulu, Hamka Sabri atas nama Gubernur Bengkulu Rohidin Mersyah lantik 280 Pejabat Eselon III dan IV di lingkungan Pemprov Bengkulu di Gedung Serba Guna (GSG) Pemprov Bengkulu, Senin (06/01).
Menurut Hamka, mutasi merupakan hal biasa dan bagian dari perjalanan karir seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Maka yang baru saja dilantik harus segera melakukan konsolidasi internal maupun eksternal untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab di jabatan barunya.
“Saya percaya bahwa yang dilantik hari ini, akan mampu melaksanakan tugas sebaik- baiknya dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Jika telah memahami tugas, maka insyaallah akan berhasil dan dapat membuat prestasi bagi diri sendiri maupun instansi yang ada,” ungkap Hamka Sabri.
Hamka Sabri juga menegaskan, tentunya 2020 ini merupakan tahun politik, dimana ASN harus menempatkan posisi dirinya. Jadi ASN itu tidak boleh bermacam-macam, dia tidak boleh berpartai politik.
“ASN itu dia harus tugasnya sebagai aparatur sipil negara dan abdi negara abdi masyarakat. Jadi tidak boleh terlibat politik praktis,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Bengkulu, Diah Irianti mengatakan, dari 280 pejabat Eselon III dan IV ini, beberapa diantaranya menjabat sebagai Kepala Sekolah dan Kepala Tata Usaha SMA.
“Ini merupakan mutasi jabatan sesuai kebutuhan organisasi pemerintah, ada yang pindah tugas dan ada juga yang merupakan promosi jabatan,” jelasnya. (ypb)
