Dikatakannya, bahwa izin terhadap rotasi tersebut dari Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN) sudah dikantonginya. Sesuai instruksi bupati sesegera mungkin akan dilaksanakan evaluasi untuk pejabat eselon II.
“Izin dari KASN sudah ada, mudah-mudahan dalam waktu dekat akan dilaksanakan uji kompetensi terhadap pejabat eselon II yang sudah memasuki masa kerja lebih dari 2 tahun dan perpanjangan yang lebih dari 5 tahun,” ungkapnya
Dijelasknnya, total akan ada 10 Pejabat Eselon II yang akan dievaluasi, namun dari 10 itu 2 Pejabat akan diperpanjang karena sudah menjabat lebih kurang lebih 5 tahun.
“Nanti akan ada 10 Pejabat Eselon II yang dirotasi, bisa tetap, bisa promosi dan bisa juga non job,” pungkasnya.
