RDNews.id – Kebakaran yang terjadi di rumah Sarawan Anwar (63) warga jalan Gedang Melintang Kelurahan Pasar Bawah Kecamatan Pasar Manna Bengkulu Selatan (BS) yang diduga akibat korsleting listrik itu, ternyata pada saat kejadian mobil pemadam kebakaran pemerintah daerah (Damkar Bengkulu Selatan, Red) cepat tiba di lokasi kejadian dan sebelum api membesar.
Kepala Satpol PP dan Damkar Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan (BS), Erwin Muchsin melalui Danru kelompok III pos II Ampera, Tomi Trijulianto Puji Saputra mengatakan, pada saat mendapat informasi dari masyarakat atas kejadian tersebut, pihaknya langsung ke lokasi dan waktu itu api masih menyala bahkan pihaknya berusaha untuk memadamkan api yang mulai membesar.
“Pada saat itu kami berada di pos ampera, setelah ada laporan masyarakat langsung ke tempat kejadian, saat sampai di lokasi itu keadaan api masih besar, tidak ada bahwa api sudah padam kami baru sampai itu nggak ada,” tegasnya, Minggu (19/1)
Akan tetapi karena mobil pemadam hanya satu yang masih bisa beroperasi, Pasokan air untuk memadamkan api itu tidak cukup sehingga pihaknya mengisi air dulu di pos Padang Panjang.
“Saat kami sampai di lokasi kami langsung bergerak memadamkan api, kami nyiram lalu kehabisan air, jelasnya
“Na saat posisi kami lagi mengambil air ke pos padang panjang api membesar kembali,” jelasnya menambahkan
Kemudian lanjutnya, mereka sampai 5 kali bolak balik mengambil air sampai ke proses pendinginan.
“Jadi sekitar 5 kali bolak balik mengisi ulang air untuk memadamkan api itu, sampai selesai sampai pendinginan, memang pada saat itu banyak masyarakat membantu memadamkan,” ujarnya
Ia berharap pihak pemerintah daerah dapat memperhatikan jumlah mobil Damkar yang ada sehingga bisa optimal dalam memadamkan api saat kebakaran. (ypb)
