RDNews.id – Setelah sebelumnya menyerahkan Surat Keputusan (SK) Gubernur Guru Tidak Tetap (GTT) dan Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) SMA, SMK dan SLB di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara kali ini giliran Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah (Benteng) yang diberikan SK secara langsung oleh Gubernur Bengkulu Rohidin Mersyah secara simbolis di Hotel Tahura Benteng, Senin 10/2.
Kembali ditegaskan Gubernur Rohidin, bahwa penyerahan SK tersebut sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab dirinya sebagai gubernur terhadap GTT/PTT yang telah mengabdi bertahun tahun tahun hingga ada yang belasan tahun, sesuai dengan undang-undang ketenaga kerjaan.
GTT/PTT yang telah menerima SK ini kemudian akan masuk ke data base sistem informasi kepegawaian khusus berbasis online sehingga terdata dengan baik.
“Maka pastikan pak Sekda bangun sistem data base khusus GTT/PTT yang bisa dipantau secara online. Andai nanti ada kebijakan pengangkatan secara periodik maka saya akan mengambil kebijakan dari data base ini diurutkan berdasarkan masa kerja dan usia pegawai,” tegas mantan wakil bupati Bengkulu Selatan ini.
Melalui SK tersebut juga ditetapkan besaran honor yang akan diterima oleh GTT dan PTT yaitu 1jt (Satu Juta Rupiah) perbulan ditambah dengan gaji ke 13 dan Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) sebesar satu bulan gaji.
Gubernur Rohidin juga berpesan kepada pihak terkait agar tidak main main dengan honorer dan dilarang menambah serta mengurangi tenaga honorer tanpa sepengetahuan gubernur.
“Dengan pola seperti ini tidak ada pihak manapun yang bisa atau boleh memberhentikan bapak ibu kecuali mengundurkan diri,” tegasnya.
Resti Weni Hastuti pegawai tidak tetap di SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah mengaku gembira terhadap kebijakan yang diambil Gubernur Rohidin.
Diungkapkan Resti, dirinya bersama teman teman yang berstatus sama telah lama menunggu kebijakan pemerintah seperti ini.
“Kami bersyukur atas kebijakan gubernur yang menetapkan gaji sebesar satu juta rupiah beserta gaji 13 dan THR, kinerja kita sebagai PTT dan GTT terasa dihargai,” tutur Resti.
Hal senada juga disampaikan Metri Evita. Perempuan yang juga bekerja sebagai Pegawai Tidak Tetap di SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah ini menyampaikan rasa terima kasihnya kepada Gubernur Rohidin karena menurutnya telah mendengarkan serta mewujudkan aspirasi para pegawai dan guru tidak tetap. (ypb)
