Reses ini dihadiri Camat Seluma Timur, Lurah Sembayat, Lurah Bunga Mas, Lurah Selebar, RT/RW, tokoh agama, tokoh adat di tiga kelurahan di Seluma Timur.
Dalam reses kedua di Kelurahan Sembayat untuk wilayah dapil satu kabupaten seluma ini Yulian Iswani disambut meriah oleh masyarakat yang jumlahnya lebih kurang 300 orang yang hadir.
Terpantau meski dalam suasana hujan mengguyur acara reses berlangsung meriah dan tertib, masyarakat tetap semangat untuk bertemu dengan anggota DPRD pilihan masyarakat setempat.
Dalam pertemuan tersebut, masyarakat meminta supaya usulan yang mereka sampaikan dapat disambut oleh pihak exsekutif dan legislatif.
Ada beberapa usulan masyarakat diantaranya, peningkatan jalan lingkungan, jalan sentra pruduksi, fasilitas honorer, kesehatan tekait, fasilitas BPJS, pemasangan tiang listrik dilingkungan kelurahan sembayat.
Menanggapi usulan yang disampaikan oleh masyarakat, Yulian Iswani menyampaikan, “Semua aspirasi masyarakat di tampung dan akan kami bahas saat rapat banggar nanti,” ungkap Yulian anggota DPRD kabupaten Seluma yang akrab di sapa yulit.
