RDNews.id – Perencanaan pembangunan daerah merupakan suatu proses untuk menentukan kebijakan masa depan melalui urutan pilihan yang melibatkan berbagai unsur pemangku kepentingan, guna pemanfaatan dan pengalokasian sumberdaya yang ada dalam jangka waktu tertentu.
Begitu diungkapkan Bupati Bengkulu Selatan (BS), Gusnan Mulyadi pada saat menghadiri Musyawarah Rencana Pembangunan (Musrenbang) RKPD Tingkat Kecamatan di Kecamatan Kedurang Kabupaten BS, Rabu (12/2)
“Musrenbang yang kita laksanakan hari ini wujud dari pendekatan berdasarkan usulan dari masyarakat, dimana masyarakat bersama pemangku kepentingan menyampaikan dan membahas usulan pembangunan sesuai dengan prioritas dan kebutuhan masyarakat,” ujar Bupati.
Namun demikian, lanjut Bupati, dari usulan yang ada tidak harus memprioritaskan pembangunan infrastruktur. Sebab, peningkatan bidang ekonomi masyarakat tidak kalah pentingnya dengan pembangunan.
“Sehingga dengan adanya peningkatan ekonomi yang berbasis masyarakat dapat membantu atau mendorong masyarakat keluar dari garis kemiskinan. Melaksanakan pembinaan ekonomi kepada masyarakat akan terasa lebih baik fungsinya daripada membangun yang azas manfaatnya masih kurang berarti di masyarakat,” ujarnya lagi.
Disisi lain, Bupati juga menyampaikan sejumlah program Pemkab yang akan dilaksanakan dalam waktu dekat ini. Diantaranya program Jamkesda yang diharapkan tahun ini lebih tepat sasaran, program seragam gratis dari dana BOSDa, jemput sakit pulang sehat dan bantuan – bantuan lainnya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.
“Sebagaimana sudah kita ketahui saat ini, kami sudah bekerjasama dengan pihak perbankan untuk memberikan KUR kepada masyarakat dengan beban bunga yang ringan. Ada pula bantuan bibit jagung, ikan patin dan tahun depan kita rancang program one people one cow atau satu orang satu sapi. Tujuannya itu untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat,” pungkas Bupati.(ypb/mc bs)
