Sementara itu, Sekda Marjohan menegaskan, bagi pegawai di lingkungan OPD untuk rutin mengikuti apel. Sebab, apel merupakan bagian dari jam kerja ASN dan ini merupakan perintah yang harus dilaksanakan.
“Kami selalu memantau seluruh OPD dan mengingatkan Kepala OPD agar melaksanakan Apel pagi dan sore. Dan bagi yang tidak melaksanakan Apel akan kami tegur dan tindak tegas baik secara langsung dan kita akan berikan surat peringatan bagi Kepala OPD selaku pimpinan nya, ini merupakan perintah wajib dilksanakan,: ucap Marjohan.
