Bengkulu, RDNews – Gubernur Bengkulu Rohidin Mersyah berharap ASN ke depan memahami nilai-nilai dasar Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan kedudukannya di NKRI dan menguasai kompetensi bidang tugas, sehingga mampu melaksanakan tugasnya secara professional.
Menurut Gubernur Rohidin, terdapat 3 kompetensi dasar yang harus dimiliki, mulai dari penguasaan ilmu teknis ASN sebagai Abdi Negara dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada Publik, sesuai dengan bidang tugas masing-masing.
Kemudian semangat bekerja dengan sungguh-sungguh serta melaksanakannya setiap tugas pelayanan kepada masyarakat itu secara ikhlas, sehingga dimaknai sebagai bentuk ladang pengabdian membangun Bengkulu, khususnya pembangunan di Kabupaten Kaur.
“Nah ketiga hal inilah yang diperlukan sekali, skill, kemampuan teknis keilmuan itu dilatih. Semangat kesungguhan dan ikhlas bekerja juga ikut dilatih dan ditanamkan. Semua itu tidak terjadi dengan sendirinya, maka pelatihan dasar ini menjadi media bagi CPNS ketika menjadi PNS nanti menjadi professional dalam bekerja,” terang Gubernur Rohidin usai pimpin Upacara Pelatihan Dasar (Latsar) CPNS Kaur Formasi Umum Tahun 2018, di Aula BPSDM Provinsi Bengkulu, Kamis (05/03).
Ucapan terima kasih disampaikan Sekda Kabupaten Kaur Nandar Munadi kepada Gubernur Rohidin dan jajajaran BPSDM Provinsi Bengkulu, yang siap untuk memberikan pengarahan dan pembelajaran kepada CPNS Kaur angkatan 2018 ini.
Sehingga diharapkan seusai mengikuti Latsar ini, para CPNS ini bisa memberikan kontribusi terbaik dalam membangun Kaur kedepan dan bisa memberikan warna baru terhadap lingkungan birokrasi di Pemkab Kaur.
“Kami serahkan dan kami minta untuk dididik, dibekali, dibina, diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada CPNS kami ini agar nanti setelah selesai Latsar pengetahun dan motivasinya serta semangat pengabdiannya betul-betul kuat dan bekerja secara professional,” ungkapnya.
Latsar CPNS Formasi Umum Pemkab Kaur ini diberikan kepada CPNS Golongan III sebanyak 204 orang dan CPNS Golongan II 29 orang, dengan total 233 orang. Tergabung dalam Angkatan IV, V, VI, VII, VIII dan IX Tahun 2020 Pola Fasilitasi antara BKDPSDM Kabupaten Kaur dengan BPSDM Provinsi Bengkulu. (Red)
