Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Benteng memaparkan betapa pentingnya sadar hukum baik itu dilingkungan pemerintah daerah, pemerintah desa hingga ke masyarakat umum.
Ia juga mengharapkan kepada pemerintah daerah jikalau ada kasus-kasus perdata dan tata usaha negara yang masih menggunakan pengacara dari pihak swasta, pihaknya menawarkan diri supaya menggunakan kantor pengacara negara pada kejari benteng.
“Dengan begini masyarakat seluas luasnya mengetahui bahwa kejaksaan itu adalah pengajaranya negara,” ucap kajari
Sementara itu, Bupati Benteng Ferry Ramli apresiasi apa yang dilakukan Kejari dengan telah melakukan MoU. juga akan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat karena Kliknik hukum ini nanti bakal ada disetiap kecamatan.
Selain itu, Ia mengatakan dengan MoU tersebut pemkab serta masyarakat diharapkan bisa sadar hukum dengan monsosialisikan kegiatan tersebut.
